As goalies we spend a lot of time working on our technical game, but being able to break from that structure is vital in separating yourself from being just another cookie cutter technical goalie. This class will be designed to be competitive and athletic based. Drills will force goals to think and get comfortable making saves in uncomfortable situations when the game breaks down in front of you. Prepare to be challenged and have fun building your overall athletic ability.
