The MHH Goalie Club will be hosting a goalie camp July 31-August 2 at NOCO Ice Center in Windsor, Colorado. Each goalie will receive 5 hours of on ice instruction and 2 hours of off ice skill development. This camp will focus heavily on refining and building upon the each goalie’s technique while learning to deploy that technique in game like situations.
spots are limited to 16 goalies to ensure a 2:1 ration of goalies to coaches at each net
Cost of the camp is $399
Camp Schedule:
July 31 -
345pm-430pm - jersey pick up
445pm - 545pm - on ice: Goalie specific skating and edge work
545pm - 645pm - on ice: skill development stations
August 1
8am-9am - on ice
9:15pm-10:15pm - dry land
10:15-10:45am - snack
10:45-11:15am - dynamic warm up/stretch
11:45am-12:45pm - on ice
August 2
8am-9am - on ice
*Please bring a snack/lunch each day
*proper footwear and gym clothes are required for all dryland sessions.
