If you are serious about improving your game, this is the most important class we offer. All the work in stopping a puck, happens before the shot is taken. If you are unable to get yourself in position effectively and early you will be chasing the game, meaning you will be unable to read plays. This class will give you all the tools necessary to transform your game and take it to the next level by becoming an elite skater.
*Focus - goalie specific movement and edge work
*Classes are limited to 6 goalies per session
*Time - 5pm on Monday’s
*Dates - March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
*Cost $50 for a drop in session or $225 for the month ($45/session)
