July 1st is always a busy and exciting day of the year. For all our Canadian friends it a time to celebrate Canada Day, and it also marks the opening for the National Hockey League free agency period.

After successful weekend in Aspen, Colorado, Mountain High Hockey skills and skating coach Cody Lampl is now in Colorado Springs helping with some off ice skill instruction at the 2015 USA Hockey Pacific District Select Women's Camp.
Watching the Stanley Cup Finals it can be pretty crazy to reflect back on all the great players we were fortunate to play with and against during our time at Colorado College.
