Located in Szekesfehervar Hungary, Fehervar AV19 is the only Hungarian team to play in the EBEL. These guys are always one of the toughest road games on the schedule. Their arena is a complete throw back. It's old, dark, dingy, sometimes foggy and the fans are extremely loud and right on top of you.
The weekend started off great for Cody Lampl and the Fischtown Pinguins. They won both of their games to open the DEL2 season with Lamps scoring the game winning goal in their home opener. Lamps and the team are off to a great start and has been fully embraced by the fans and the city of Bremerhaven. For all of us who know Cody that doesn't come as much of a surprise.
