The MHH Goalie Club will be hosting a Squirt/PW POD training on December 23rd at our Englewood training facility. This mini-camp will be a great tune-up for everyone as they approach the second half of the season.

Schedule:

8:45am - drop off

9am to 9:30am - dynamic warm up

10am to 10:50am - goalie power skating

11am to 11:50 am - stick handling and shooting

12pm to 12:45pm - lunch/video

12:45pm-1:15pm - stretch/hand eye

1:30pm to 2::30pm - skill development stations

3pm - Pick up
